RAPIDCELLFIX OFFER A 30 DAYS WARRANTY ON ALL PARTS AND LABOR USED FOR SERVICES BOOKED THROUGH OUR WEB SITE AND ONLY DONE BY OUR TECHNICIANS. RAPIDCELLFIX WILL APPLY THE WARRANTY ONLY TO CUSTOMERS WHO BOOKED THE REPAIR AND WHOSE NAME IS ON THE FINAL ORDER. WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IF ENTERS IN CONFLICT WITH THE SITUATIONS BELOW.
Warranty will be excluded and will not protect if
- Device has any kind of liquid damage
- Device has any kind of software issue before or after the repair
- Device’s frame is bent, cracked or if technician determine that it would be bring eventual issues with parts installed.
- Device has been previously opened. This will determine by the technician in case customer do not provide us with this information.
- Device has a cracked screen
- Devices in which software has been manipulated.
- Any loss of data occurs after the repair. Customer will be advised to backup the device before getting repaired
- A damaged or severed home button/Bio-Metric scanner is found
- Battery is replaced. RapidCellFix will not offer warranty on this type of repairs.
- Home Button is replaced. RapidCellFix will not offer warranty on this type of repairs. Home buttons are unique for every owner’s device. Replacing the home button will make the fingerprint not to work after repair is done.
